Thierry previously worked as a senior client advisor at UBS Wealth Management in Switzerland. He focused on key clients of the Western Europe division and was also a Director of the UBS 'Sports and Entertainment Group', specializing in providing wealth management services to ultra-high-net-worth individuals, athletes and entertainers. He was also responsible for portfolio management, as well as other services including tax & financial planning. Prior to UBS, he worked at the law firm Python in Geneva.

Thierry holds a law degree from the University of Lausanne. A former professional tennis player and member of the Swiss Davis Cup team, he is the founder and president of the 'ProRea Médecine d’Urgence' foundation, as well as President of the International Lawn Tennis Club of Switzerland. He is a Swiss citizen.

Fabien has over 20 years’ experience in global financial markets, investment banking and asset management. He has worked for a variety of institutions, banks and asset management companies, including as a member of the alternative investment committee of the fifth-largest Swiss bank. Fabien served for five years – until May 2018 – as the Chief Compliance Officer for a fund services company with direct obligations during his tenure to the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA). Since June 2018, Fabien is a member of the board of MIND Développement Cybersécurité SA, Switzerland.

Fabien holds an Executive MBA from IMD, a Master of Science in Business and Administration, a Master’s in Financial Market Risk and Finance, and the ACI diploma. He is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst and a CAIA Charter Member. He is a Swiss citizen.

Leo is responsible for our Portfolio Management and Trading team. Together with our investment committee, Leo and his team are designing and implementing our asset allocation for our managed accounts. He is also coordinating trading and advisory services for our advisory clients. Leo worked in the portfolio management team of Rahn & Bodmer Banquiers in Zurich before joining Baseline in 2011. He has been responsible for building up the portfolio management team and structuring the investment committee at Baseline.

Leo holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Applied Sciences in Zurich. He is a passionate skier and a car enthusiast. Leo is a Swiss citizen.

Nathalie has more than 10 years of compliance management experience in the industry regulated by the Swiss Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA” and the US Security and Exchange Commission (SEC). She started her career in the CEO Staff of EFG bank (previously BSI Bank) in Lugano, and a couple of years later she moved to Zurich where she worked for two asset managers with SEC licenses as compliance officer and chief compliance officer.

Nathalie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Lugano and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Compliance Management from the University of St. Gallen. She is a mother of two. A passionate horseback rider and snowboarder, she enjoys travelling with the family. Nathalie is a Swiss Citizen.

Michel has more than 30 years of experience in financial markets, private banking and asset management. Prior to becoming an Independent Asset Manager serving clients since 2013, he worked for 11 years as a private banker in charge of both high-net-wealth Individuals and a portfolio management group. He also managed a global equity fund and institutional balanced portfolios for an asset management company. He started his career as a Consultant at PwC Consulting.

Michel holds a Master’s degree in Economics as well as a Master’s degree in Information Systems from the University of Lausanne (HEC). He is also a certified Financial Analyst and Portfolio Manager from AZEK/CFPI – the Swiss Training Centre for Investment Professionals. He is a passionate golf player and is a Swiss citizen.

Eddy has over 16 years of experience in the financial markets. Prior to becoming an independent asset manager serving clients since 2018, he worked for 12 years as a senior client manager at UBS Wealth Management in Switzerland, where he focused on high-net-worth clients in the Iberia division.

Eddy is a Certified Wealth Management Advisor (CWMA). Eddy was a professional soccer player for 14 years. He is a sports and art enthusiast. He is a Swiss citizen.

Stephane previously worked as a senior advisor at Lombard Odier in Switzerland. He was also a director of the “Media and Sports” division, providing wealth management services to ultra-high-net-worth individuals, athletes and entertainers. He advises clients in the fields of sports (tennis, NBA, soccer, golf, Formula 1) and entertainment (actors, film producers, singers).

Stephane studied economics and has been active in the wealth management industry for the last 20 years. He was a professional tennis player and the Swiss Davis Cup captain for 10 years. He is a Swiss citizen.

Michael previously worked for 15 years as an SVP in wealth management at Morgan Stanley in New York. He specializes in sustainable and impact investing. Michael graduated with an economics degree from Hamilton College and has held Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Accredited Domestic Partnership Advisor (ADPA) designations. He is an active thought leader in impact investing and was recently included in the inaugural list of Forbes Top Millennial Wealth Advisors.

Michael is passionate about food sustainability and has a column on Forbes.com that covers the ‘future of food.’ Michael and his wife dedicate a large part of their free time to animal welfare. As an extension of this, Michael is a board member and treasurer of Mercy For Animals, the largest charity focusing on farm animals. He is a British and Irish Citizen.
